David L. Stultz, a seasoned law enforcement officer, has an extensive career spanning over three decades. His journey began in 1985 when he started working as a law enforcement officer in Virginia. Since then, David L. Stultz has gained professional experience across various fields including corrections, court security, civil process, patrol, investigations and administration.
Mr. Stultz rose from a front-line officer to roles as diverse as special agent in charge, captain, and acting deputy director and major. His impact extends beyond his professional capacities. Named “Officer of the Year” by the Botetourt County Chamber of Commerce, he was a multiple-year recipient of the MADD Award for his efforts combating drunk and drugged driving.
Mr. Stultz studied criminal justice and public administration. Further, he completed several professional development and leadership programs through Radford University. In addition to his full-time work, he enjoys shooting sports, bicycling, motorcycling and restoring sports cars.
